The Treat Collector - A free sample 5e compatible Halloween monster

The Treat Collector is a free sample monster. We are super big Halloween fans and just hope that this one enhances your Halloween session! The format is fully DnD 5e compatible, but completely open for any other RPG of your choice. VTT token and image are also included.
